Absolutely lovely staff entire time.
Exceptionally friendly place with good Wi-Fi and authentic restaurant. A good choice of nice options for meal. Central location away from market. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Gueliz. Great stay, as always...

Excellent venue, with nice pool and marvellous location close to train and bus station. A lot of amazing food. Location so close to a bus stop right outside the hotel-for the Big Bus tour which is nice, marrakesh and the airport. 15 minutes walk to Gueliz. What a real good stay, no complaints.

adjacent to railway station and close to town centre
We did not stay at the hotel we booked, the map on the website was so inacuraate w e not find the Ibis Palmerie but having past the Ibis next to the station we went there to ask directions and were informed the hotel we had booked was on the outskirts of town so we cancelled our booking and stayed at the Ibis adjacent to the railway station

Good location, easy to find if you are traveling to or from Casablanca.
Rather slow service in the restaurant. We had to wait for twenty minutes to order, although there were only twenty other guests in the dining room. Heavy odor of smoke in the room.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower did not drain. The room was dirty and the staff was smug and rude. I will never stay in an Ibis hotel again and I would never recommend it to anyone. They should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. They are more like a rat hole.
Everything. The location was outside the city while the description said it was close to the city center--a total lie! It's no where near the city center.

A Unique Budget Experience Awaits
This hotel offers a good budget stay. The Moroccan-style design, poolside vibe, and a varied breakfast buffet at a low cost are highlights. Despite some cleanliness and maintenance issues, the well-priced accommodations serve as a great base. Friendly staff add to the charm.

The gardens around the pool are beautiful and provide a relaxing oasis away from the busy city. My teenagers loved lounging by the pool and were thrilled to have decent WiFi for their devices. The overall cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were quite friendly.
My kids wished there were more dining options nearby for dinner.

Had a blast staying with friends! We checked out the local cafes and enjoyed some relaxing days by the pool. The location gave us a calm vibe, and everything felt pretty convenient. Just a short taxi ride to explore the town but worth it for the local flair we got to enjoy.
One downside was that the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work well, made the nights a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't ruin our trip.

The stay was primarily for relaxation and some sightseeing in Marrakesh. The room I had was a Junior Suite with a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains, which added a special touch to every morning. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic for unwinding after a long day exploring, and the staff were always eager to assist with any queries I had during my visit.
